Welcome to Kate's: BUSY BEE FARM
So far we have 22 animals. 3 Sheep,14 chickens, 3 cats, and lucky dog. The turkeys are seasonal here. Although we decided this year to save a special one, and see what comes of it. The Bronze should get to around 65-70 pounds next year. His name is the 'General'. We don't name the turkey's. The sheep are named. Ms. Lacy-mae. Spot, and Red. they are brothers. Annie cat is first in line. Then Nico, we had his brother, but one day he did not return. Now we have precious...wired for sound that little grey kitten is. Precious, we have had since she was 4wks. At the same time we rescued a baby robin. I have a photo here which robin and precious are eating cat food out of the same dish. I am trying to find my camera with the photos of robin taking her daily bath in a glass mixing bowl. Robin was gradually introduced to the outside then the garden, and finally trees. She is around, but I don't see her every day. She would fly up onto my head or shoulder. We got a big chuckle out of that.
Lucky dog has patrol, which she does well. Not a biscuit shall get by !.
